Elders
Elders are the elected leaders of the church who provide oversight for all church functions, per the By-Laws of the church. They serve as chairs and co-chairs of various church committees for 3-year terms.
Deacons
Deacons are elected to be ministers to those who are in need - the sick, the lonely, the downtrodden, and any who may be in distress. They lead the people of the church in prayers of intercession, in studies of the scripture, in manifesting and representing the gifts that have been bestowed upon us, and in assisting and administering the Lord’s Supper.
Choir
Our Chancel Choir provides worship through music for Maplewood’s Sunday Services and special / seasonal events. The choir meets Sunday mornings at 9:30 for rehearsal.
Property
The Property Committee ensures that all our facilities are well-maintained and upgraded, as-needed, to support the physical and safety requirements of our congregation.
Finance
Our Finance Committee administers, oversees, and coordinates all the financial matters and responsibilities of the church.
